Everything about the DJI Osmos 2 is of good quality. It's a bit heavier than I thought it would be, but so far it's not a problem for me as I've only made a few short test videos. I'm using it with a Samsung Note 9 which may be on the verge of being a big phone so it handles well. I notice that the phone shakes too quickly and spins further than I expected when I move. I believe this is a learning curve on my part as I adjust the tilt and pan of the device. There is a lot of delay on the phone or no action at all to start and stop recording, so I use the note stick to start and stop. This is the reason for the 4 star rating. No problem with taking pictures, it works fine, just for the record it's a bit shaky. In general, I really like the smoothness of the recording and the layout of the controls, I just need more practice to get used to my recordings. I haven't tried adding counterweights yet and that might help control the phone's movement. This is a thumbs up device!
