As someone who regularly does their shopping online, I couldn't wait to check out RaceBon's collection of gear for sports and the great outdoors. Having said that, my interactions with their customer support department left a lot to be desired. To begin, their website did not have a user-friendly interface, which made it challenging for me to navigate and locate the items I was searching for. In addition, I discovered that their prices were not competitive when compared to the prices offered by other internet stores that sold items that were comparable. I called their customer service department about a problem with my purchase, but the representatives there were unhelpful and condescending to me when I did so. It was abundantly obvious that they were not interested in resolving my issue and lacked even the most fundamental skills in providing customer service. They made me feel like I was just another number to them, and it was clear that they were not concerned with how satisfied I was as a consumer. In addition, their shipping times were absurdly prolonged, which resulted in a substantial amount of inconvenience and frustration on my part. In spite of their assurances that the transport would be prompt and dependable, my package was held up more than once, and I had to stay in close contact with their team to receive any updates. My interaction with RaceBon was negative on the whole, and as a result, I would not recommend their services to anyone else. When compared to other online retailers in the sports and outdoors industry, they are a less desirable option because they provide poor customer service, do not have prices that are competitive, and do not provide reliable shipping times.
