Hello world. I can't say enough good things about these sleeves. After serious injuries while working as a firefighter, nerve damage in both arms and hands, and 20 surgeries later, I was in such severe nerve pain that anything that touched my hands put me in a world of pain. The nerve pain was out of control. So I gave them a chance. The whole idea was to block the sensation of touch in my hands. And guess how it helps. These sleeves are amazing. When I'm having a really bad day due to nerve pain I just put them on and it helps a lot by blocking things that are touching my arm. I was finally able to get outside and start light exercise again while wearing them. I highly recommend them if your hands and nerves are damaged.
