This tool has been very helpful for me as I'm managing my client relationships in multiple industries (retailers & restaurants). The software makes it so easy to track mentions that are relevant to our business goals - both good or bad! We can then take action accordingly via email/social platforms if needed. It helps us be proactive with any negative feedback received regarding your brand through various channels. No dislike button at this time unfortunately but no complaints here either! Have not seen an issue myself during over six months of using the platform. Our small team handles almost 1 million emails per year from prospective vendors who wish to have engagement opportunities with one another. That includes restaurant industry clients whose employees post photos and reviews when they're having great experiences on vacation etc., making them "likes" by other customers. Not only do we help these individuals build positive reputations within these networks, there's also exposure gained by potential new guests seeing those postings. Great way to keep everyone happy.
