Love these drills, can't believe I've been using crappy department store ones for years. The only reason for 3 stars is the lazy person who packed it. The hull was badly damaged, which was not due to transport. Someone just didn't look at it before packing. The case still works so no point in returning it, it's not a show car so it's ok but the lack of maintenance just annoys me.
