I bought mine in 2016 and used it on 28ft and 23ft RVs. I use it with a Milwaukee cordless drill and this cordless drill with socket has more than enough power to raise and lower the stabilizers to the desired position. In fact, I keep this outlet in my Milwaukee tote bag when not in use. This outlet is especially useful when it's raining and you're in a hurry. I think the only thing better is auto levels.
