Review on 🔧 Dorman 598-111 EGR Tube: Enhance Engine Performance and Efficiency by Shane Jess

I used this to replace a faulty EGR hose on a 2000 Ford Explorer V8 5.0. I noticed that my car was accelerating very hard and I heard a sound like an exhaust leak. My EGR hose snapped in half. This Dorman line was perfect for my car. There are no problems with installing the pipe. Use the PB blaster on the fittings the night before. I removed my cold air intake hose and oil filler tube. I also zipped up the heater pipe and put it out of the way. You will need a 1 1/16 wrench and a 1 inch wrench for the bottom fastener. I unscrewed the lower fitting and that helped attach the new hose.
