Review on Universal Nutrition Creatine Chews - 5g Creatine Monohydrate per Serving, Tasty Wafers - 36 Servings - Orange, 0.17 oz (1 Pack) by Christine Eads

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Delicious, compact, well-organized creating gummies!

Pros: No need to scoop or measure powder Don't worry about granular powder being left in shaker bottles They're flavored (depends on your taste) If you like the taste like you can prepare them 4 gummy bears 5g Comes with a huge cotton ball on top to keep them dry Cons: Some people complain that they are too hard (though I find them very good, it all depends how you chew/grind your food) Maybe too if you don't like the taste (I like grapes, orange just ah) Orange pills are white (if you're picky about just having to be orange, I agree anyway) Can bit be more expensive than powder (although the price may change from time to time). Overall I like them because I hate pouring water into my protein creatine shake bottle after drinking all the protein, but note that other powders are still used on the bottom or sides of the bottle , so they're great as you know you're getting all your creatine. Even after training it is nice to enjoy such a delicacy, at least with the taste of grapes, but an orange is also suitable. It takes 4 tablets to get 5g of creatine, which is enough for 36 days, so it's a bit shorter than most other powders, but at least here you know for sure that you're consuming all the creatine you need. This will probably be the only creatine I'll be buying from now on as long as they keep releasing this brand.

Pros
  • Each serving of 4 waffles contains 5g of creatine monohydrate and carbohydrates to increase absorption. Each bottle contains 144 waffles (36 servings)
