I bought this item for a 1993 Ford Mustang 2.3 with automatic transmission, out of curiosity to see if there really is a difference. It was easy to install but didn't bring any results. I measured 0-60 times on the car before and after, after that the time was neither faster nor more stable. Luckily the seller gave me a full refund so I'm glad I tried it so no one else makes this costly mistake.
