Review on Kai 7100 Inch Professional Scissors by Kristen Simpson

I ordered the professional scissors from the 7000 series and only now realized that I did not receive the professional scissors. The difference from the product pictured was so subtle that I was unaware I had received a non-professional model. There was no label on the box to indicate the 7000 series or the Pro series, but since they looked like the picture I assumed that's what I ordered. Then I saw the same pair of scissors for $14.95 instead of $40.95. Confused and a bit cheated, I looked for the difference between the two aside from the price. I finally found a picture of a pair of professional scissors that had a difference in the shape of the handle. The scissors I received cost $14.95 and the ones I paid for $40.95. As I recently received a nice email from you saying how much you value my business and that I could file claims with you even after the warranty period has expired, I wanted to let you know. If I, as a seamstress with over 60 years of experience, had trouble understanding this, I am sure that a seller fulfilling my order would inadvertently mix up the two products. I hope you understand where I come from. I love Kaia products and plan to add more to my collection. These are by far the best products. I'm sure I could use the more powerful 4 1/2 inch model I paid for. The lighter model is great for some uses, but sometimes I need extra help. what can you do for me Many Thanks.
