I like that you can create more than one profile for each user so they don't have to login as many times if using multiple computers or devices at once.

Also having both secure mode with no password protection AND an option of just plain text passwords makes me feel better about security! It would be great if there was also some way to allow users who use mobile phones/tablets to log into your system without needing them to type out full email addresses every time -- maybe via NFC? Other companies offer this feature already but haven’t implemented yet because Google isn’t doing anything similar. We started working together when we realized how much easier our lives were going to become since most employees had access through only 1 location and not 3 different ones depending upon where someone worked within campus - which previously meant logging onto 2-3 separate systems simply to get work done. I have had great experience with them so far! They helped us secure our network infrastructure to prevent cyber attacks that could compromise sensitive data stored within this system.- Accessibility- Easy management for both users as well security personnel - Can be used at any time of day or night which helps during emergencies when you need access ASAP.
