Bought two Arcon 13812's from Revain on 11th July 2014. That's four years 6 days. Put them in your RV I live in all the time, heated in the winter and cool in the summer. One over the sink, the other over the computer desk. Last night the one over the sink lid collapsed and fell into the sink. You know what scared me. When I looked at it, the plastic lid crystallized, that's the best way to describe it. If you touch what is left, it falls into your hand in small pieces, I went and checked that over the computer desk, we can say the same thing happens to him. Called Arcon customer service, very kind, my one year warranty has expired and YOU CANNOT ORDER A REPLACEMENT CASE FROM THE FACTORY. As a result, I lost almost $75 that I paid for two devices. The young lady said she had heard of it before. WHY CAN'T I GET A REPLACEMENT. The only good news from all of this is that the blubs have lasted four years, I have both units on for about 8 hours a day. I hate giving one star but money is money. Wouldn't buy again.
