This was the most complex toy ever to come out of the box. Neither of my husbands could figure out how to remove the hard plastic attachments without using a pair of cutters. That left dangerous, sharp pieces of plastic sticking out from the bottom of the phone that couldn't even be pulled out with pliers. Our only option seemed to be to take out the 4 long screws holding the whole toy together. We did it carefully which resulted in some of the inner parts falling apart. Opening it, we could see that the plastic latches are designed to pull out when turned sideways to fit through a narrow gap. This is only visible after you disassemble the entire toy with hand tools and there are no instructions on the box on how to do this. So absurd!
