It's also a great way of creating content that people want to read without resorting to spammy salesy subject lines. You need to create templates for each topic in order to get the best out of their platform. There aren’t many free trials so we didn't know exactly how useful the product was until after signing up. Also, there were times when I would receive emails from Arcalea even though my account had not logged into their system within 30 days (we use TeamViewer). Sometimes users will click through links.
