Check compatibility!

If you're using Verizon 4G LTE, don't buy this! and keep reading. First, if you have a slim 4G-V, it has the wrong connector and you need a coupler. not so much with 4G transmission. Your uplink speed may drop to 4G and you may experience some service outages. The irony is that depending on the location of the antenna, this will give you the best dbm reception in 4G. So, putting the antenna 12 feet in the air, it's like holding your phone there in terms of signal bandwidth/reception. dBm, but your uplink speed will likely be many times slower than if you actually held the phone there (at least that was the case in my case). Using it for 4G may or may not extend the range you can connect to - I've only tested where I already have service. The magnetic mount mini antenna that probably came with your sleek 4G-V has 4G handles somewhat like these, but 2G/3G will be much better with this or 301125 (which has the benefit of having the right connector, but identical gain measurements). According to their website, the best antennas for Verizon 4G types are 304411 or 301111 Yagi if you really want to maximize the signal, but they are directional. Some of the "long range" antennas have a potential of 700MHz, but they lack the 1900MHz range and don't come close to directivity options. Construction antennas like the 301202 would be a compromise if you don't want to use directivity, but they are not suitable for mobile applications. There are devices/services that this antenna works great with, so I give it 5 stars.
