PERFECT (if you don't need storage)

A nice case and very valuable for the filmmakers without a customer to buy their equipment. With advice here and elsewhere I was able to cut/pull out foam squares to fit my new Sony D21 wireless system. I repeat, this does not apply to the rough ride, it is not designed for that, and you have to pay 100 more for that. It's fantastic for my local shoots to have someone who is always keeping an eye on things in mostly civilized places. It does an excellent job of keeping microphones and other accessories safe and sound, so to speak. This is the smallest I could find that accepts antennas. Following the included instructions, simply circle your gear on the back of the foam and then turn it over (this is the 'top' layer; there is a deeper block of foam underneath as well as one for the inside of the top of the shell). but remember when you flip it will all be on the BACK. In my photos I really wanted the radios to be on the right side of the case. It took a while to gently pull out the foam squares; I used an Xacto knife to help. I parted the extracted pieces in depth to form a protective "floor" for the radios and glued them with hot glue on a low temperature so as not to melt the foam pieces. The handle bites a bit, so don't plan long walks with this bag without gloves. If needed I would just add a bit of velcro protection where the edges meet on the underside of the handle. I'd happily give it 5 stars because I appreciate a good case that fits my needs beautifully, but there are other dustproof cases that appreciate this - at a premium. Consider this review a rave!
