Review on Sourdough Set Thermometer Fermenting Vallenwood Kitchen & Dining by Heather Joseph

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Too narrow. Not worth the money.

Thought it was cute but I'm very disappointed. While I now see a picture comparing the container to the size of a pop can, I didn't see that when I ordered. In the first picture, which looks like a rather large glass in front of two sourdough loaves, the object appears to be much larger than it really is. A 3-inch square is barely big enough to dip a measuring cup in without spilling flour. To stir, you need something long and narrow, like a butter knife, which makes it very difficult to mix well. And after a short time the sticker of the temperature sensor and the edges of the magnet (which has to be cut to fit and then glued) peel off, definitely not worth the money.

Pros
