For the few weeks I've had it, it's been a very reliable modem at advertised speeds, that is, as long as it was hardwired to my devices. Wi-Fi is reliable when it actually works, but the network regularly loses speed or range. Eventually it slowed down to 2Mbps and didn't get better until I restarted the modem. In other cases, the Wi-Fi signal disappears completely and cannot be detected until the modem is restarted. This does not affect wired devices, so the problem is obviously with the wireless router. I've had to reboot this modem at least once a day since purchasing it. I'll probably contact support (although it's not necessary - it should work like any other router I have) and if that doesn't solve my problems I'll ditch the built-in Wi-Fi and use my old one router. I do NOT recommend the Wi-Fi version of this router as it drops out daily. Buy only one modem and use a separate wireless router.
