This is an aluminum bowl that I use to heat sauce. It's not stainless steel and not at this price point. The brush is dishwasher safe and I have had no problems. If you leave the sauce on the grill for a while, it will begin to dry out. But do it for a little while to relax him. Doesn't work well when flipping to melt cheese. It's getting very hot. For $10 this is a great buy.
