Review on 🏠 Dome Wireless Z-Wave Battery-Powered Home Security Siren and Chime - DMS01 (White) by Robby Fingaw

Might be a great device but unfortunately I'll never know. Got it, set up all the device handlers, set up the device and added it to my automation with no issues. Set it to trigger when one of my water sensors detects a leak. Sat a couple of weeks, and then we had a leak. It did not work. I fixed some issues, deleted, reconnected but nothing. No noise. When I go to the device in SmartThings, I can't even turn it off manually. Maybe I got a dead one, I thought, I'll contact support. We opened a ticket, after a few hours they replied with a link explaining how to set up automation for using the siren. I replied and told them that this is the same page I used for the initial setup and the problem is that it doesn't make any sound. No Answer. The ticket was updated a few days later to see if they have more information but no response. I have contacted them 4 times in 25 days and nothing but silence. I have other Dome products that work great but after seeing how they stand behind their products I will not be buying them again.
