Review on Healthcare IT Leasers by Josh Goldsmith

I liked that it has all of our vendors listed so we could see who was available to work at any given time. It also had some great resources about staffing agencies as well which helped when looking through resumes or searching online job postings. At first there were issues finding jobs but eventually things improved once they got more experience using this system. So far nothing really not likes just minor problems like needing better search tools within their platform would be nice if other companies can learn from them. We have been able to staff quickly by posting new positions then reviewing candidates before making offers.
