It made absolutely no difference.
Doesn't matter. The fan is powerful enough. The rubber strips are not high enough to seal between the window and door frame due to the actual thickness of the fan housing. The scraping must be upgraded and performed to create a seal. The rain didn't stop either. I didn't see this in the description, but the instructions that came with the fan say it's not rainproof. Well, I do NOT take it out the window when it's raining. Sorry, I was hoping this would work and make a difference. I'm embarrassed to return things.
- βββ Tip: The Solar Car Exhaust Fan is a 0.3W solar powered fan. Buyers should not consider this an electric fan. Basically, it's a function of ventilation. If the window is equipped with anti-trap protection, it cannot be closed. Therefore, clip-on buyers will have to find their own way. - Automatic exhaust fan
