Review on CHI Rocket Professional Hair Dryer by Mary Brown

So, a little background: I bought my first Chi in 2009. It was FINALLY starting to fall apart for me. So I bought that. This morning I opened the box and used it without reading the instructions. I've been using a hair dryer for as long as I can remember, so I didn't think I had to read the instructions before using it. I plugged it in and turned it on. #1 - Heavier than the Chi I bought in 2009. #2 VERY noisy compared to my old one. So I turned it on and not only was it loud and heavy, it was COLD all the time. I think it will get hot at some point. I finally hit the "COOL SHOT" button and tried to guess what! It got damn hot! When I was done, I looked like a big German Shepherd. I think I'll send it back!
