Well-excellent packaging. The product is delivered well packaged and protected from damage in transit. Beautiful finishes, very beautiful mirrors and they are pleasant to the touch. Very solid and good weight. They're stretchy and tight throughout the puff, and in a good way. First class fit and finish. The bad thing is I was one of the unlucky ones and got a pair with reversed wires in the plug where left is down and right is up etc but both mirrors were wired the same so at least they are consistent lol. The passenger side mirror vibrates quite a bit, and it gets a lot worse when you pull the mirror out. At highway speeds, it's bad enough that I can't see the car next to me, but at least I know it's there. The driver's side is rock hard though, so I don't think it's a material issue, I've just been unlucky enough to run into both issues with a pair. Overall result - would I buy these mirrors again? Absolutely, especially if you use your truck for towing. I tow a 24ft auto transporter (28ft total) and these mirrors are a godsend. I can handle a little vibration and fancy cross work on standard mirrors any day of the week. They look good, they feel good, they work almost right (laughs), but overall they're great value for money. I haven't been able to test the defrost function yet, but I'm sure it works. These mirrors are exactly as advertised but be prepared to either swap out a few wires or do as I did and adjust. It is not so difficult to overcome the difference in direction. I don't know what to do about the vibration, I might put a folded newspaper in there to calm it down, but I'm probably okay with that, I only use my truck to tow a trailer about once a week. I will update the review in about six months or sooner depending on how strong the vibration is over time. Hope I helped. :-)
