Clear sound and easy to use

It worked the first 2 times I used it in zoom meetings. Then the microphone didn't work from the 3rd time. I'm not sure if it's a headset or my computer. It takes time to study it. There was a Microsoft update that sometimes affects the devices connected to my computer.
