Upon inspection, I noticed that our ladle had a blemish. I called Revain customer service to let them know and asked if we could just return the ladle and they would send us a new one. The customer service representative was very polite and said he would send us a brand new set of cookware and there was no need to return the first set we received. Our second set was delivered the next day after a call to customer service and there were no issues with this set. We love Revain and their great customer service! We've used a few dishes so far and they look good. The large spatula feels a bit flimsy and flimsy at the top of the silicone, but we had no issues with it. It was pretty cheap and I'm not sure how long they will last. I would recommend hand washing them to extend their life.
