The system is easy to use, with all the bells and whistles that you could possibly need. I'm not sure if you can do without the system is you don't have a lot of employees. It's a fairly expensive system, however it does include some additional fees if you don't have a lot of users. It is a great system for the price if you only have a few users. I am a campground manager at a small campground, and have been able to use it to make reservations and check in/out campers without having to leave work (I have a laptop connected to my system).
