No Swivel Hook: Garden Sculptures and Statues
You get an S Hook, NOT an S Hook Swivel, it has no swivel, that's a big difference. You have to create one yourself. It takes a bit of fiddling to get it into the right shape, but if you're patient, you can. I gave 3 stars because I don't like being misled. If you specify "pivoting S hook" put it on and don't offend the consumer.
