Review on WH14NS40 Playback Internal Essentials Software by Dale Hing

Has never worked since day one, have tried it on a windows 10 computer and on a windows 7 computer. All it did was open a window and ask if I need help choosing a drive, then sent me to Microsoft to no avail. I won't be returning it because I don't want to go to a UPS store in the middle of a pandemic. Never buy anything again. LG CALL LG, THEY TOLD ME THE SERVICE WILL CONTACT ME! WAIT 2 MONTHS BUT THERE IS NO CONTACT. LG TIP: JUST GO OUT AND GET EVERYONE OUT OF THE PROBLEMS
