I wouldn't give these stars if that was an option. I first used a light bulb for a bathroom faucet that required two 100 watt light bulbs because the other socket already had an old Philips 100 watt light bulb. The old existing Philips bulb was brighter and more intense than the new Simba bulb which produced more yellow and dimmer light from the start. The Philips bulb eventually blew out and I replaced it with a Simba. So now I have two Simba bulbs which are less intense, amber and less bright than a single 100w Philips bulb. Both had to be replaced with significantly better and more expensive Philips lamps due to their poor quality. As the saying goes, you really do get what you pay for! And no, I don't work for Philips.
