Unreliable amino acid supplement disappointed me
I tried this amino acid supplement expecting it to help me reach my fitness goals, but it didn't live up to expectations. The mixability was subpar and the flavor was unpleasant. The one pro is that it did include glutamine, which is important for muscle recovery. However, the overall quality was not worth the price. As a Health and Household product, I would not recommend it.
