Arrived quickly and undamaged. The included documentation was very sparse. It took me a while to figure out how to connect it and I had to go to LOWES for a $2 adapter. I wish the online description mentioned that it can't use slow cutting compound, only high speed alumina type. I spent $10 on cornstarch that I didn't need. This is how the composition for slow cutting turned out. After getting the correct formulation and thoroughly cleaning the device, I was in business. This product has a PSI limit of 50. I haven't had good results with flint and limestone at these values. I've run this setup outside of the specified parameters and have had good results, but I wouldn't recommend it to others for fossil preparation. Also, as much as I disregard safety, I can't keep this thing running very long, even on the road with no box or hood, you're clogging your lungs with aluminum. Now I'm building a blast chamber. I'll live with my purchase and will probably upgrade to a higher PSI tank and tube and probably save a few hundred bucks over the long run over the cost of a lab unit.
