Great tool. I used the old Paache.

Great tool. I've been using an old Paache airbrush eraser with a small canister attached to the brush to finish ceramics for many years. This is a great tweak to get the canister out of the bushes for better visibility and save a lot of reload time. My only complaint is that the abrasive flow doesn't shut off immediately after you release the trigger. Not a problem with stencil work, but it does interfere with my freehand work.

A big improvement over the regular Paasche Air Eraser.

This is a definite improvement over the regular Paasche Air Eraser due to the capacity of the 4# remote canister and because it offers more stable and reliable performance ie won't clog, as the high pressure air entering the remote vessel "aerates" the abrasive medium. There is a warning label on the remote cylinder warning against using air pressure above 50#. I tried the 50# device and wasn't happy with the results. The airflow was weak and the abrasive did not reach the surface with…

For preparing fossils

Arrived quickly and undamaged. The included documentation was very sparse. It took me a while to figure out how to connect it and I had to go to LOWES for a $2 adapter. I wish the online description mentioned that it can't use slow cutting compound, only high speed alumina type. I spent $10 on cornstarch that I didn't need.
