Good product. Gliding is relatively comfortable and smooth. This is a good return on the standard box configuration. In my use, where the orientation isn't always horizontal, I've found that sometimes (not even most of the time, but sometimes) the bearing assembly gets stuck at the other end of the carriage with vertical carriage movement when it's fully extended, resulting in excessive inclination and may allow the slider to be pulled fully out of the body (without pulling the small trigger). I wouldn't consider it a real "negative" but something to consider if using it for other projects.
