Fowler still makes good instruments.
The Fowler X-Test was a replacement for a 40 year old Interapid indicator made in Switzerland . This indicator is the best indicator I have ever worked with I have been a tool and mold maker for 40 years now and am about to retire so the old one broke and I needed another and I saw a Fowler X test , so I bought it and it works really well. Well I've been very happy with it and will continue to use it until I retire.

- Has a 1.5" dial with 0.0005" divisions

- A newer model could have been chosen
