I don't know what product got the rave reviews but it certainly wasn't the product I got. There was a terrible leak from the pen. The suction cup didn't stick to my countertop. (This is a standard Formica surface in good condition.) When I ran the cooked tomatoes through the machine, a lot of the pulp came out of the drain. The leak caused such a mess and when I looked at the bottom of the bunker it was clear that the moving parts didn't mesh properly to do the job they were designed to do. I pulled out my old meat grinder that I was trying to replace without success and finished the job. So very disappointed! Has anyone at the manufacturing facility tried them to see if they work?
