This is a simple and very simple neck pulse massage. I've been using it for over a week (every day) and I can say that it works without any problems. It is very small and you can take it anywhere. There are several modes, but the only difference between them is how often (and in what pattern) the pulses are generated. There are also two heating levels. I don't like that my neck has to be wet for it to work. Otherwise you will not feel any massage. There are much more advanced pulse massagers on the market, but they are much more expensive. Does it help with neck tension? After a week of use I think it's helping, but it's not much of a relief.
