I used a pop socket on my old phone and really liked it so I thought having something similar built into the case would be good. I like the pop socket better cause i could securely hold it between two fingers while I carried something in the same hand; I have to adjust where the ring is on this and having my finger in the loop makes carrying stuff in the same hand uncomfortable. Over all the case is nice and fits well. I have noticed that over time the ring may become loose, not from the case but its ability to stand the phone up in landscape.
