My dentist recommended this for dry mouth in the morning. It didn't really help, but it became my favorite toothpaste and mouthwash. I prefer soft over normal because normal is too strong. I'm not that sensitive, but the normal one burns a little, the soft one is perfect. This size comes with a flip cap so you can just point in your mouth and squirt and I find it easier and quicker than unscrewing the cap then pouring it into the cap then rinsing the cap etc. So, amazing product with really smart packaging and shipping method!
