Good. I use this on my Harley, my Harley has an upgraded cam and the bike vibrates a lot. Because of vibrations, I have to constantly tighten the screws. But it's been 2 months and it still stays in place and I was worried about rearranging it when I walk down the street but it stays in place! Not so good. One thing caught my eye: I park on the street. and when it rains at night, condensation forms on the inside of the plastic umbrella, so I don't use it in the rain. which is why it got a 4-star rating.
