So. I didn't want to ask too much for this stand. The pair of legs supporting my Cintiq appeared to be a lot of money. Although I would have liked the price to be a little cheaper, I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. It's not a thin piece of plastic. The tilt adjustment is a very intuitive lever on the back that interacts with a very strong metal gear mechanism to adjust the tilt angle. The overall build can best be described as powerful. It looks and feels like something designed for professional use. I used the built in little feet on my Cintiq and had to adjust the angle, both for viewing comfort and because I was scared to death of dropping something directly onto the tablet and damaging the screen. Having the tablet at a more acute angle greatly improves visibility and reduces the risk of damage if something falls on the screen at an angle that is more likely to damage it. I think the price based on design and overall quality is probably about what it should be. I still wish it was smaller, but I feel like I got both ease of use and a bit of peace of mind with this stand. Both cost a few dollars more.
