Great for cookies & fondant!
I love this needle! It is worth the money & works a lot better than tooth picks on cookies (a lot cheaper than throwing away tooth picks too). I use it only on my cookies to pop air bubbles, smooth out the icing, fill in corners, ect. but you can also use the needle on fondant to help pick up decorations off of your mat/table (like polka dots), help get fondant letters out of cutters/tappits, mark lines on cakes, ect. This is one my most used tools.
- Works great for royal icing on sugar cookies.
- Not suitable for beginners
