These amazing curler feathers are so cool! I have medium hair and my daughter has long hair, we both tried it and although I got a nice curl from them I will buy the shorter version for more comfort. Now for my daughter they were perfect! I like the easy use of a hair hook instead of a wand otherwise you will have a hard time pulling it through the spring tube and the hair will be nice and tidy. They have a nice firm grip on both the top and bottom of the spring roll so you don't have to worry about picking them up and they never slipped or tried to come out on their own. Releasing is as easy as push and pull. You'll be left with bouncy curls that you can either finger comb through or toss. It's very easy to do the whole head yourself.
