Works with NavSync sync GPS

The ceramic antenna didn't work so I bought this antenna to work with a NavSync timing GPS navigator to time stamp cosmic ray event triggers. With this antenna the satellite is still not receiving and should have read more to find out you need a ground plane to place the antenna. So place the antenna on an aluminum pan, turn the pan upside down and place the GPS antenna on the bottom of the pan. There was no battery to power things outside, so I used Arduino to get GPS data from the NavSyncn device and connect Arduino to the Raspberry Pi with a USB cable that has a WIFI connection to my linux desktop to get data with ssh.
