I like that it is so easy to use, and gives me the ability to create dashboards and reports that are very useful for my daily work as an analyst. The platform has been updated recently and it has really improved the experience. It is not free, but it is worth every penny. I can't think of anything I dislike about this product. I would highly recommend it to others! We have used Connexica in our company for many years, and we've never had any issues with their support team or the product itself. It's always been great. The dashboard capabilities are amazing. You can make your own custom dashboards and reports. This allows us to easily keep track of our data and trends.
