I contacted customer service over the phone and the first employee was phenomenal, very professional, polite and understood the issue. I was instructed to email emsoncs@customerstatus.com about the pan issue, which I did. I have cooked parmigiana chicken and it left very dark stains that could not be removed even after soaking in a solution of baking soda and vinegar - posted photos to support the same as requested in the original reply email. I never heard a word back - it was a pan I use (or used) every day and it lost its "easy to clean" ability. Overall happy with other products but terrible follow up from customer service.
