We needed a convenient place for remote controls for eight illuminated ceiling fans in several rooms so as not to get confused. All remotes look the same (each with a different code that matches the fan) so it was important to keep them close to the fans they control. They work great and went up in minutes. Position them carefully as the tape is strong. If you think you'll need to take remotes to another location in the future, get a Command Hanging Strip Kit to keep them handy.
