Hello to everyone. I'm going to write to you today about Menards. Menards is a store created in the United States in 1960. This store sells repair products, many types of household products, and some other products. Menards, which has branches in more than 300 locations in the USA, is a very famous local store. There are millions of products on the store's website alone. Honestly, I did not like the website of the store, because it is very similar to the websites of other working stores and there is almost no difference.
But the products sold, the quality of these products and the great attention shown to customers are enough to increase customer satisfaction. Judging by the comments of customers about the store, the store does a great job and manages to please the customers. Discounts on products ordered online, very short delivery times and very low delivery fees are among the most important features that affect customer satisfaction. The store also has plans to become global in the future. I think the authorities are following a very correct strategy and if Menards start to open their own branches in other countries, I am sure it will be very successful.
