Expensive and cheaply made but my daughter loves it!
Based on other reviews, I was concerned about my purchase. It came assembled, which I really liked. I just had to put maybe 2 stickers and put some furniture together. It folds easily and stores everything inside (kind of a puzzle, but the instructions show you how). The latch is very small and will likely break/not hold. It has a button to raise and lock the second floor. The second floor is tiny and barely enough space for a sofa. My daughter's princesses slide out of the furniture easily. The walls are made of cardboard and plastic. This all sounds negative, I know, but my five year old loves it. It is easy to carry and does not take up much storage space. I still don't really like that it was $50, but we don't have room for a giant lock.
