Our team at Quince has been very helpful from day one - right through to implementation when we went live with our new solution. The support is amazing. I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service. They are so friendly and always go above and beyond for you! There is nothing I would like to mention here. It's all brilliant - they are such great people and wonderful professionals. We use Quince for many reasons - but mainly around case management and business process management. This allows us to manage multiple cases and workflows from one location. The reporting side is also really great which gives us visibility into what our clients are doing. The user interface and the features are great. We had our own customizations done for us but they were not able to do all we needed. I am sure they would be very helpful if you have experience with other versions of the software. They helped me get my workflows set up so I could start using them. We have been able to streamline some processes.
